At last, on Monday 23rd February 2009, work on site started. Not without hitches! The first lifting machine we hired proved faulty and collapsed (fortunately not with any organ parts on board), and had to be replaced, so it was not until Thursday that this photo could be taken. However, a lot of work was completed on that day, and by the evening all the heavy parts were up in the gallery.
