Work in Progress

Making the platform for the new organ

Organs at St Gregory’s

Because the new organ is nearly double the size of the old one, the organ chamber has had to be extended, and so that the overhang is not at a height to present a problem to the choir, it has also had to be raised. This photo shows Tom (up the ladder) and Barry who, along with Nick and a few others did the lion's share of the demolition and building work.
