Fr Andrew worked for 22 years as a minister in the Church of England before being received into the Catholic Church in 1992. He was ordained Priest by Bishop Leo McCartie and served in the parish of St Joseph, Bedford, and also was chaplain to HMP Bedford and to South Wing Hospital. He was appointed to St Gregory's by bishop Kevin McDonald in 2002.  Ordained to the Permanent Diaconate on 15th July 1989, and has served in the parish ever since. Deacon Michael also organises the Diocesan Pilgrimage to Walsingham each year and looks after the parish servers.  Ordained to the Permanent Diaconate on 11th October 1998, and has served in this parish ever since. Deacon Michael visits St Andrew's Hospital each week and exercises our Chaplaincy there. Ordained to the Permanent Diaconate on 15th July 1989, and has served in this parish and at Olney, as well as working in the Chaplaincy at HPM Bedford. Deacon Rory visits Cynthia Spencer Hospice and several nursing homes each week, and runs our parish Journey in Faith.
